The Support Specialist is responsible for ensuring that all of ZIO's systems are properly maintained and operational. Attention to detail and going above and beyond needs to be priority one. On a typical day, you could be programming a control system and then unexpectedly sent out to troubleshoot a system that was affected by lightning, so being able to shift focus is a must. Taking the initiative and thinking outside the box to troubleshoot and repair client systems when they are down is also a must.

Knowledge/Skills:
- Ability to read and understand plans and technical drawings.
- Ability to troubleshoot a problem through logical, systematic search for the source of a problem in order to solve it, and make system operational again.
- Research problems without fear of the unknown.
- Understanding of all products, disciplines, and solutions in order to fully understand the needs of a project as well as resolve any technical issues.
- Significant experience with a majority of the following systems: Crestron, Control4, Lutron, Biamp, QSC Q-Sys, HDBaseT, Large Ethernet Networks, Large Audio/Video Matrices, Audio and Video Conferencing (VOIP, SIP, RTSP. etc.), Dante/AVB/TSN, and Electrical principals required.
- Avixa CTS or higher strongly recommended.
