What You’ll Get to Do:

As a CACI-Wexford Special Missions Unit (SMU) Analysis Lead, you will serve as the principal advisor to DTRA’s National Contingency Division and DTRA’s Senior Leadership for targeting support to SMUs. The SMU Operations Lead shall be an SME in F3EAD analysis. The SMU Analysis Lead shall also be an SME in CT operations, CWMD operations, and crisis response. You will provide advice to senior DTRA leaders on SMU operations and targeting. You will assist the team leader in managing the deployment cycles, travel budgets, visa requirements, etc of the SMU support team. You will also be responsible for deploying to support a SOF customer either as an intelligence integrator or an operations integrator. As such you will be embedded with SOF units and serve on a unique, multi-discipline team assisting SOF partners with fusing operations and intelligence information to enhance their efforts against threat networks that facilitate or employ improvised threats.

More About the Role:

As the SMU Analysis Lead, you will be part of a 200+ person team, and you will be one of the subordinate leaders under the National Contingency Division’s contract lead. You will be responsible for the training and development of the employees on your team and product quality control. You will assist in talent recruitment, selection and management. You will be responsible for ensuring your team embraces the core tenants of the SOF and Wexford culture. You will act as the key advisor to the contract lead and the government division chief providing advice on SMU intelligence operations, doctrine, process and procedures. You will assist the task lead and government in develop relationships with Key SOF leaders in your area of operations and key units your team supports.

You’ll Bring These Qualifications:

  • Current Top Secret/Specialized Compartmented Information Security Clearance.
  • Be a graduate of AST Qualification Course (AST) Qualification Course, or Analysis Training Course (ATC)(must be sponsored and run by an SMU). (Must provide proof of course attendance and successful graduation
  • Recent experience (within the last five years) as a principal analysis officer or similar senior-level analysis role (Federal civilian/contractor) in a recognized SMU.

These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a business related field
  • Has recent experience in a deployed assignment for 12 months as a J2, or similar senior analysis leadership position (Federal civilian/contractor) within a SMU.
  • Has experience working in deployed environments supported by DTRA.
