Job Description/Requirements
· Responsible for coordinating of staffing, materials, setup, and quality to meet expected productivity.
· Provide process guidelines and technical troubleshooting support to production personnel to maintain a high level of productivity & quality.
· Ability to understand and operate manufacturing equipment.
· Work closely with production operators regarding productivity, quality, and employee performance.
· Assist in development of Standard Operating Procedures
· Ensure good housekeeping is adhered to and maintained in all work areas.
· Any other duties as they arise.

While performing the duties of this job, the associate is regularly required to stand, use hands, and reach. The associate may lift and/or move up to 55 pounds
Job Site Location/City: Pennsburg, PA
Shift/Hours Monday – Friday (7am-3:30pm)
Plus, mandatory OT when available
Starting pay rate/yearly salary: $17.00-$20.00 an hour
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
