Hand and Stone Massage and Facial Spa is hiring a Spa Receptionist. You are a critical link in ensuring that our customers' experience in our spa is nothing other than OUTSTANDING!

This is a part time or full-time position, with a competitive hourly wage PAID WEEKLY. There is also an opportunity to earn sales commissions dependent on performance.

The primary duties for our Spa Associates are: Greet all clients as they enter the spa and offer special offers and promotions. Check clients in and out efficiently and cordially answer the telephone and manage the appointment book. We are membership based so you would be required to inform and enroll new guests in our "Lifestyle Program". Also assisting with daily spa maintenance tasks.

Experience and skill requirements:

1-2 years of sales experience and Zenoti software knowledge is a plus

Night and Weekend availability required.

Strong communication and sales skills preferred.

Ability to connect with clients and provide excellent customer service

Assertive, outgoing energetic personality with an ability to lead by example
