We are advertising on behalf of Dorset force who are recruiting for a HR Administrator to join their South West Police Collaboration.

You will work as a team member providing administrative support to the South West Police Collaboration (SWPC) HR Team. You will work closely with the SWPC HR Business Partner and SWPC HR Officer to assist with the full range of SWPC HR work.

In this role your Main Responsibilities will be:-

  • Arranging meetings including the booking of rooms, inviting of attendees, preparation of agendas and attendance to take/distribute minutes.
  • Providing efficient HR support covering the full range of administration activities including the preparation of letters, collating of documents and updating Excel spreadsheets.
  • Liaising with Business Leads and Finance Department to co-ordinate the Due Diligence process in line with TUPE process guidance.

The successful candidate for this role will have the opportunity to work from home whilst also at a secondary work location, which will be a police premises. The successful applicant will have the option to discuss working arrangements with their line manager. All applicants must reside within the UK.
