Job description
Moises Bakery Hallandale in Hallandale Beach, FL, is looking for one sous chef to join our 15 people strong team. We are located at 115 E Hallandale Beach Blvd Moises Bakery. Our ideal candidate is attentive, motivated, and hard-working.
Responsibilities

*Follow the direction of the executive chef to achieve the kitchen goals *Create new dishes and menus per business needs *Anticipate ingredient needs and arrange re-stock accordingly *Ensure a productive kitchen flow that upholds business standards *Assist in providing preparations to the production team and line cooks
Qualifications

*Experience working as a sous chef or chef *High familiarity with kitchen equipment, processes, and health and safety guidelines *Able to delegate tasks effectively and assist when needed *Adaptable to high traffic and kitchen volume *Able to operate a bakery oven, fryer, grill, and gas stove stations *Previous experience in Venezuelan or Hispanic food preparations is a plus.

Available shifts and compensation: We have available shifts all days of the week. Compensation is $14.00 - $15.00/hour.
