Role Overview:

Beehive Industries is looking for someone who has a passion for developing and executing supply strategies that ensure supply continuity of purchased parts. This role will partner with Operations, Planning and Sourcing teams on a daily basis to develop long term strategic supplier relationships in our vertically integrated supply chain that meet our customer’s needs.

Responsibilities:

• Primary point of contact for materials management for the company.

• Provide strong leadership and clear direction in strategic and tactical supply chain activities to support the Beehive Industries business growth.

• Create and implement strategies to drive the improvements in the sourcing of materials and supplies, while ensuring supplier quality, cost, and delivery targets are maintained.

• Develop and drive countermeasures for underperforming key processes and/or material suppliers.

• Provide required support to Sourcing team as needed during supplier selection process.

• Develop and maintain strong supplier relationships.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree is required (Supply Chain, Business, Engineering or related field).

• 3 + years of supply management experience (aerospace or industrial industry preferred)

• Experience, or knowledge of, data systems and analytics which can include ERP/MRP/MRP II systems

• Strong computer skills Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook

• Excellent people skills and adaptable to change, and strong presentation skills to present to upper management

• Must possess a strong customer service orientation and provide dedicated support of internal customer requirements.

• Must be a strong communicator and possess strong organizational skills, with ability to work on multiple priorities at once.

• Must be able to work well in high pressure, fast-paced environment and be proficient at conflict resolution.

In compliance with Colorado’s Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the salary range for this position is $65,000-$80,000 base salary. Please note that wage information is a general guideline only, and we will consider factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate’s work experience, education/training, key skills, and market conditions when extending an offer.
