What You'll Do:
Further your career today as a Sourcing Consultant/Sr. Sourcing Consultant! Our sourcing consultants negotiate strategic contracts for indirect goods and services, and partner with various groups of collaborators around to the world to deliver creative solutions to challenging problems. In this role, you will be part of the Global Sourcing team, who are passionate about providing the most value to our business partners.


We are seeking a motivated self-starter with global experience, and comfort operating in ambiguous and differing environments to drive global solutions forward. You will initially focus on a key project deliverable driving brand and marketing contracts from around the world. The focus will be on working with local groups of team members in various global locations to update current contracts in place. You should bring a can-do attitude, along with a strategic mentality to the role. You will need to develop relationships and partner with business leadership and category leadership to advise and drive the approach for future state. You will also partner closely with US resource teams to drive additional visibility, enable process standardization, and build ongoing efficiency in future state processes for the global agreements.


As a Sourcing Consultant/Sr. Sourcing Consultant, you'll help us transform the way our teams deliver value to our business partners. We are seeking highly motivated professionals who can encourage innovative solutions that bring value to the enterprise. You will work closely with key collaborators to develop effective negotiation and cost reduction strategies, through dynamic requirements that are tied to strategic level business objectives.


Your day could look like this:
  • Mentor and influence internal and external leaders and teams to promote best practices in category management and achieve business results
  • Put in place master service agreements and local statements of work for global suppliers.
  • Support teams from around the globe from Latin America to Asia Pacific with sourcing and supplier management expertise, connection to enterprise teams, and consulting on various requests
  • Work with various teams around the enterprise to develop and document processes and approaches for various global requests across multiple categories.
  • Work to drive TCO analysis, and category strategy evaluations for local, regional, and global enterprise solutions from marketing to information technology, to consulting, to administration.
  • Leverage internal data and market intelligence to advise new and innovative ways to assessing spend, and driving expense reductions
  • Collaborate with internal leaders to develop procurement requirements. Direct and execute on all aspects of strategic sourcing for medium-to-high complexity (dollar and risk) third-party needs, through negotiation of a variety of agreements.
  • Lead supply & demand planning, RFx, supplier selection, and contract review and negotiation
  • Support audit compliance and risk management efforts
  • Facilitate conversations with information security, risk, compliance, and other stakeholders to ensure global solutions are meeting both local and global requirements.
  • Complete spend analysis to identify opportunities regionally and globally.

Who You Are:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent required
  • 4+ years related experience (sourcing, supply chain management, contract negotiations, or contract law experience) at the Sourcing Consultant level.
  • 7+ years of related experience (sourcing, supply chain management, contract negotiations, or contract law experience) at the Sr. Sourcing Consultant level.
  • Relationship developer with phenomenal communication skills
  • Experience in various / multiple categories of spend (indirect or direct)
  • Contract drafting experience, or experience working with legal teams to draft, redline, and negotiate contracts
  • Self-starter- motivated driver willing to work in ambiguous situations
Strongly preferred skills:
  • 2+ years of international experience or expert level experience with a passion to work internationally
  • Strategic planning, spend analysis and supplier management (performance tracking and reporting, governance) experience
  • Knowledge of sales techniques
What would put a candidate over the top?
  • Spanish or mandarin language skills
  • Experience with supplier risk, information security, and compliance requirements
  • Experience in a finance or insurance industry company
  • Understanding of asset management business and suppliers
  • Process creation, documentation, and improvement experience
  • CPSM certification, or other certifications in sourcing and supplier management
Salary Range Information: Salary ranges below reflect targeted base salaries. Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program. Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed base salary depending on individual performance. Actual compensation for all roles will be based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer. Salary Range: $77400 - $128400 / year Additional Information:
Work Environment

This role offers the ability for in-office, hybrid (blending both office and remote work in a typical workweek), and remote work arrangements. You’ll work with your leader to determine which option may align best based on several factors.
