Solution Architect | About You

As a Solution Architect, you are responsible for providing technical and functional support to prospective clients and customers throughout the entire sales cycle. You possess expert knowledge in the areas of data management and/or analytics and are comfortable with presenting a value proposition and benefits of our solutions to our partners, prospects, and customers. You will participate in the design, validation, and presentation of customer-focused solutions, which include proposals and detailed technical design documents. Your background includes experience with a blend of our partner channel solutions, including Profisee, Snowflake, Alteryx, Tableau, and/or WhereScape.

Solution Architect | Day-to-Day

• Develop and deliver high-quality presentations, demonstrations, and POCs.
• Conduct discovery and client assessments on sample data sets to solidify technical solution capabilities
• Articulate advanced product features and benefits and resolve technical objections
• Evolve and exercise innovative framework that enables a Tech-Driven approach to promote technological advancements and business ideas through the proof-of-concept stages.
• Develop, aggregate, and share technology research on key emerging trends to inform strategy and future investments.
• Perform rapid assessments of the client's internal technology landscape and build targeted use cases and deployment.

Solution Architect | Skills & Experience

• 7+ years of technical experience in databases, data warehouses, data lakes, cloud, data catalog, data prep and BI.
• 4+ years of experience in data management and BI solutions including building, developing, and deploying applications and platforms to the cloud.
• Experience in a customer-facing role such as consultant, technical solutions engineer, solutions architect, or pre-sales architect
• Experience working with Analytics and Engineering teams with a mixed data engineering and analytics background.
• Strong technical aptitude with a track record of embracing and implementing emerging technologies.
• Proven ability to clearly communicate complex technologies to a non-technical audience.
