A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A SOLAR SALES - CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE (CSR)
In this position, you deliver outstanding customer service as you respond to customers' inquiries and issues quickly and accurately. Highly driven to succeed, you continually develop a deep knowledge of our products and services, using your extensive consultative selling skills to help customers find the solutions that are right for them. You also resolve customer issues, maintain customer accounts, and ensure a safe work environment.
You help customers navigate the solar sales process, fielding inbound calls, educating customers on the benefits of solar energy, and helping them find the right system for their needs. Organized and efficient, you follow up with customers, track leads in our customer relationship management (CRM) system, and manage your own daily schedule. You love assisting our customers, closing deals, and helping our company grow!
