Residential Solar Installer (Beginner - Intermediate)

The position:

We are looking for Residential Solar Installers to join our team. Candidates must be comfortable on residential roofs, residential solar installation experience is highly preferred.

Do you fit this description?:

• Residential Solar Installation experience (preferred)
• Able to install racking systems/solar panels, check/run wires as needed
• Strong work ethic
• Close attention to detail

Qualifications:

• Knowledge in Solar Installation (Preferred)
• Experience in roofing/construction
• Electrical knowledge (preferred)
• Experience with the Enphase system (preferred)

Physical requirements:

• Ability to climb ladders with up to 50lbs on your back
• Work in extreme environments (i.e. hot sun, cold weather, hot attics, etc.)
• Ability to walk on a residential roof with safety equipment (harnesses and ropes provided)

Pay:

$22/hr

Hours/Shifts:

• Monday to Friday, first shift schedule
• Rotating Saturday
• Overtime Opportunities
• Weekend Availability
