Imagine One Technology & Management, Ltd. is currently seeking a highly motivated Software Tester / Analyst to support a United States Marine Corps (USMC) effort within Naval Information Warfare Center (NIWC) Atlantic in Charleston, South Carolina. Qualifying candidates must meet or exceed the following requirements:

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Conduct integration, evaluation, and functional verification testing to include conducting test events, configuring systems and applications under test, performing quality assurance and data validation, and providing daily briefings

• Record, validate and prioritize defects during test events, collect data, submit trouble reports, and initiate corrective actions

• Utilize knowledge of software testing best practices in a virtual DoD test environment

• Review product requirements, documentation, and test plans to ensure proper test coverage of new features and capabilities

• Write and groom manual test cases to assure effective use of testing resources

• Develop and execute software test methods and plans, maintain test server Virtual Machines (VMs), and track and input issues, features, and enhancement requests in JIRA

• Support and participate in reviews, boards, and status/coordination meetings with the IPT and with the Marine Corps Systems Command (MCSC) sponsor to include Test Readiness Reviews (TRRs), Technical Review Boards (TRBs), Technical Exchange Meetings (TEMs), Engineering Review Boards (ERBs), and local and Project Office Change Control Boards (CCBs)

• Create (automated) test cases and procedures from identified requirements and specifications

• Assist with test plan, test procedure, and test report development

Experience:

• A minimum of one (1) year of technical experience supporting Marine Corps Command and Control Systems (MC2S) and/or similar USMC / Navy software or hardware systems to include systems analysis, test and evaluation, automated testing, or operational testing

• Relevant technical experience in support of Marine Corps tactical data systems such as Advanced Field Artillery Tactical Data System (AFATDS), Army Data Dissemination Service (DDS), Command Post of the Future (CPOF), Combat Operations Center (COC), Global Command and Control System (GCCS), Joint Tactical Common Operational Picture (COP) Workstation (JTCW), Tactical COP Server (TCS), or other relevant tactical systems is desired

• Experience providing analytical and technical support to projects involving tactical/operational documentation, military systems design, scenario development and/or other efforts requiring military operations expertise

Skills, Training, and Education:

• BS degree from an accredited college or university, preferred

• Software Test Automation training, skills, and experience (e.g., Eggplant)

• Relevant skills and/or training in various Government Off-the-Shelf (GOTS) and Commercial Off-the-Shelf (COTS) software such as vSphere, JIRA, DSPro, SENSEI, Stratcom, Link16, Cursor on Target (COT) is preferred

• Travel: Less than 25%
