What you will do:

As our Software Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for the leadership of the programming department including, the development of staff, the implementation of best practices and the delivery of results in the areas of technical performance, quality, financial and customer satisfaction. This position works in our Vacaville, CA location.

The job:

Every day, your primary role will be to manage software engineering projects and lead the programming team by establishing goals and objectives, creating schedules and prioritizing work, as well as providing opportunities for training and development. You will communicate and interact with external customers to ensure expectations are met and work is completed on time.

The skills you need:

To succeed in this role, you must have experience with PLC and HMI/SCADA programming for systems integration projects related to the water and wastewater industry. You must be able to lead a group of people and exhibit exceptional communication skills. A 4-year degree in Computer or Software Engineering and 5 years of experience is preferred.
