Are you a Junior Software Engineer looking to join a product engineering team?

By joining the SNS Engineering team you’ll have the opportunity to design, develop and test product capabilities for Active Electronically Scanned Array (AESA) radars, integrated sensor suites, precision targeting, multispectral EO/IR targeting systems, Pilot Situational Awareness, Special mission aircraft and Strategic and tactical ISR Systems.

For a Software Engineer, pre-requisite skills include:

• A minimum of 2 years of relevant software development experience
• Experience in development environments using C++, Linux, preferably with some Agile exposure.
• Some real-time embedded software development experience is highly preferred.
• Must have well developed communication skills and able to work with all internal stakeholders.
• Must be interested working across phases of SDLC on tight deadlines and also able to work in secured closed areas.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain U.S. DOD Secret Security Clearance. US Citizenship is mandatory to acquire a Secret Clearance.
• Must be able to obtain Special Access Program (SAP) Clearance.
• Education: Typically requires degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) or equivalent experience and minimum 2 years prior relevant experience.
• Experience with Object Oriented Design and UML (Cameo, Enterprise Architect, or other) is highly desirable.
• Experience with DevSecOps processes and tools including Static Code Analysis, Automated Build and Test techniques, Atlassian tools (Confluence, Jira, bitbucket, fe/cru), git, Eclipse IDE is highly preferred.

This position requires a U.S. Person who is eligible to obtain any required Export Authorization.
