Seeking a Therapist for our practice who provides clinical expertise to ensure all patients receive high quality, efficient care. • You will provide individual, group and family therapy, psycho-education, and psychosocial assessment services to patients
• You will apply appropriate theory that is scientifically sound as a basis for decisions regarding clinical practice.
• You will collect and document clinical data that is comprehensive, accurate and systematic
• You will develop a treatment plan and update with specific goals delineating clinical intervention unique to the patient
• You will provide consultation and education to medical staff at Green Oaks Hospital and Medical City of Dallas
  

• Requires Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling or related field
• Requires current LCSW, LPC, or Ph.D.
• Requires current BLS with American Heart Association or American Red Cross and SAMA certifications or attainment during the orientation period
• Prefer five years' experience in individual, group and/or family therapy
• Prefer experience working within a multidisciplinary treatment team environment
• Prefer appropriate experience with population that program serves.
