Social Worker, LMSW
Metropolitan Kidney Centers is looking for a Social Worker to advocate and provide adequate resources for our dialysis patients.
Social workers travel between clinics, visiting each patient at least twice a month. Morgan City Dialysis Center, Raceland Dialysis Center, and Vacherie Dialysis Center spend three days a week with patients, Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, from 5:00AM - 5:00PM. As required by CMS, all employees must be vaccinated against Covid-19.
