Social Worker
Grandview Nursing Center serves both short term rehab and long term skilled nursing residents. Come join a Great Team providing quality care and service in a Comfortable Environment. Daily interactions with Patients, Family Members, and Clinical Team.
Requirments:
- MUST HAVE KNOWLEDGE OF STATE REGULATIONS, ASCEND/PASSAR/DISCHARGE PLANNING
- PRIOR NURSING HOME EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- BSW Preferred
- Must Be Licensed by the State of Connecticut Department of Health
- Must have Great Communication Skills and be able to work as a Team Member.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $70,000.00 per year
