POSITION SUMMARY:
We are seeking a social media manager to be responsible for overseeing the company’s interactions with the public by implementing, nurturing and growing our social media content strategy.
essential functions:
  • Development, management and implementation of company social media strategy
  • Define KPI’s and report on them
  • Content calendar management
  • Content scheduling through HubSpot
  • Analytics/reporting on a monthly/quarterly and annual basis by business unit and as required
  • Channel and notification management
  • Content writing, editing and proof-reading
  • Cross-functional role working with all business units and corporate
  • Coordinate with external digital agencies as needed for paid campaigns, etc.
  • Collaborating with Creative Team for social content needs
  • Strategy: Ability to target both Enovis’ B2B and B2C audiences
  • Stay up to date with latest social media best practices and technologies
  • Be a social media evangelist in the company and provide training, information to sales team
  • Administrative duties as needed (i.e. routing to internal marketing material review team, submitting for documentation purposes in Agile)
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
qualifications:
Education and Experience
  • BS degree in Marketing or relevant field
  • 3+ years of experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role
  • Social Media Strategist using social media for brand awareness and impressions
  • Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Instagram, YouTube and other social media best practices
  • Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics
  • Good understanding of social media KPIs
  • Familiarity with web design and publishing
  • Excellent multitasking skills
  • Great leadership skills
  • Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
  • Team player
  • Good time-management skills
  • Great interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
  • Healthcare or relevant experience a plus
TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS/WORK ENVIRONMENT and PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
Travel
  • Must be able to travel up to 10% of the time; both domestic and international travel is required.
