POSITION SUMMARY:
We are seeking a social media manager to be responsible for overseeing the company’s interactions with the public by implementing, nurturing and growing our social media content strategy.
essential functions:
- Development, management and implementation of company social media strategy
- Define KPI’s and report on them
- Content calendar management
- Content scheduling through HubSpot
- Analytics/reporting on a monthly/quarterly and annual basis by business unit and as required
- Channel and notification management
- Content writing, editing and proof-reading
- Cross-functional role working with all business units and corporate
- Coordinate with external digital agencies as needed for paid campaigns, etc.
- Collaborating with Creative Team for social content needs
- Strategy: Ability to target both Enovis’ B2B and B2C audiences
- Stay up to date with latest social media best practices and technologies
- Be a social media evangelist in the company and provide training, information to sales team
- Administrative duties as needed (i.e. routing to internal marketing material review team, submitting for documentation purposes in Agile)
- Performs other duties as assigned.
qualifications:
Education and Experience
- BS degree in Marketing or relevant field
- 3+ years of experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role
- Social Media Strategist using social media for brand awareness and impressions
- Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Instagram, YouTube and other social media best practices
- Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics
- Good understanding of social media KPIs
- Familiarity with web design and publishing
- Excellent multitasking skills
- Great leadership skills
- Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
- Team player
- Good time-management skills
- Great interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
- Healthcare or relevant experience a plus
TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS/WORK ENVIRONMENT and PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
Travel
- Must be able to travel up to 10% of the time; both domestic and international travel is required.
