Social Media Marketing Coordinator | Full-Time with Benefits

We’re looking for an ambitious, friendly, and detail-oriented Social Media Marketing Coordinator to join our team as a laser-focused contributor to our guest and client retention. This role is responsible for overseeing our company’s interactions with the public by implementing social media content strategies. In this position, you will also collaborate with the marketing team on marketing projects.

Our ideal candidate is a self-motivated, organized individual with exceptional communication skills who can work well in a fast-paced work environment, individually and in a team, and can manage being involved in multiple projects.

Candidate must be Google Analytics Certified and have two years of experience in marketing, including digital/social media marketing plus creative and content writing. A grasp of the Adobe Suite of products and Canva will set you apart.

Requirements

• An Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing preferred
• 2 years of experience in a marketing position
• Google Analytics Certified
• Proficient in WordPress
• Proficient Microsoft applications
• Basic graphic design skills using Adobe Creative Suite and Canva
• Demonstrated understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms
• MUST be a self-starter with a positive attitude that desires to learn and grow
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills
• Excellent copywriting and content development
• Attention to detail is a must
• Strong web and computer skills
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively

Responsibilities:

Including but not limited to the following –

• Work with the Marketing Manager to develop strategic social marketing plans and campaigns that maximize the potential of each social channel and identify weaknesses and make recommendations for improvements.
• Use social media marketing tools to create and maintain the company’s brand
• Interact with customers via the company’s social media accounts
• Research social media trends and inform management of relevant changes to the company’s marketing activities
• Maintain education on cutting-edge industry trends and technologies, research industry trends, stay current on innovation and changes in the digital landscape, and look for new ways to implement new ideas.
• Increase social media engagement across platforms
• Monitor and prepare accurate reports on key performance indicators (KPIs)—as link clicks, channel growth, and other metrics—of social media marketing campaigns
• Monitor, analyze, and report on trends and competitor performance
• Offer a local presence to get Marketing materials as needed and content from local events
• Create written and visual content across several social media platforms
• Work with the Marketing Manager to create newsletters and email campaigns.
