Dr. Andrew Neville is a Naturopathic doctor practicing in Quakertown, PA, for over 20 years and treating patients remotely via Zoom nationwide. He specializes in the assessment and healing of Adrenal Fatigue and treats holistically through several patient programs.

This position is a part time role requiring approximately 25 hours a week of remote work.

About the Position:

As the Social Media Manager of this online Naturopathic business, your role oversees all of our digital interactions with the public through implementing content strategies on social media platforms. This position will be responsible for analyzing engagement data, identifying trends in customer interactions and planning digital campaigns to convert audience members into patients.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Help facilitate content capture (remotely) and source educational content from reputable online sources
• Create, schedule, post, share to stories, comment, engage, check messages
• Use social media marketing tools to create and maintain our online brand presence, increasing awareness
• Develop strategic, relevant campaigns reflective of community happenings and appropriate holidays
• Interact with audience members, prospective customers and other stakeholders via our social media accounts: Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, Pinterest, and Instagram
• Support with weekly newsletter creation and blogs
• Research social media trends and changes that are relevant to the company’s marketing activities
• Assist the doctor by monitoring and managing Live streaming events
• Setting key performance indicators (KPIs) for social media campaigns and measuring performance against the KPIs
• Ongoing tracking of analytics for engagement, reach and follower growth
• Representing the brand in voice and aesthetic appropriately

Experience & Skills:

• Successful track record with Social Media - we will be asking about your previous experience growing platforms with relevant key metrics, data & timeline
• Experience with & in the learning process of social strategy abilities
• Establishing brand awareness
• Creativity to think outside the box
• Knowledge of social media management & scheduling tools
• Understanding of analytics and reporting
• Community building and relationship building
• Wordpress & Kajabi experience a plus, but not necessary
• Video production, editing & publishing
• Copywriting for captions
• SEO knowledge, research skills & understanding of searchable titles, keywords or terms
• Ability to evolve with changing technologies

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour
