Our FUN AND REWARDING Leadership Program gives high-school students and young adults the opportunity to earn volunteer (or community service) hours with a global leader in the youth sports industry, it is the most fun and rewarding volunteer program out there, hands down!:
Volunteer Coaches receive comprehensive training and become Early Childhood Education (ECE) certified.
You get to learn the ins and outs of running a successful youth sports program with the #1 Youth Soccer Program in the U.S. for ages 2-8.
You will earn PAID Volunteer (or Community Service) hours (pay is per coaching session) required by your school and for entry into the country's top Colleges and Universities!

Our FLEXIBLE SCHEDULE gives you the power to choose when you work:
You tell us when you want to coach and we send you what sites we have based on your location & availability.
You only commit to the sites that work best for you.
6-10 week seasons that meet once a week, 4-seasons a year!

Soccer Shots maintains close relationships with over 250+ schools and educational centers in Delaware, Montgomery, and Chester Counties.

Our curriculum is aligned with PA Early Learning Standards and is revamped each year by early education experts.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Leadership/Management

• Execute the overall scheduled Soccer Shots season.
• Communicate effectively with the Leadership Team (LT), Business Partners, and Clients.
• Coordinate the distribution of seasonal products and materials with the help of a Lead Coach.

Coaching

• Attend 100% of assigned coaching sessions for an entire season. Typically 6-10 weeks.
• Have a passion for positively impacting children’s lives (no soccer experience is required!).
• Complete volunteer clearances required to works with children.
• Follow an expert-approved curriculum weekly, updating attendance online, and provide an overall positive experience to participating children and their families.
