About us

NORTH FC is a professional and agile organization located in Northeast, Ohio. Our club attracts players from a wide area, including Lorain, Cuyahoga, Huron, Sandusky, Ashland, Ashtabula, Medina, Summit, Stark, Trumbull, Tuscarawas, Wayne, and Portage counties. We specialize in training and developing youth soccer players from U9 through high school levels, equipping them for competitive play in high school and college.

Our training methods are designed to extract the best performance from our players during each session. At North FC, we aim to foster an environment that facilitates growth and development in various aspects, including technical skills, tactical awareness, physical and mental strength, and character both on and off the field.

We are looking to hire an experienced youth soccer coach to join our team and contribute to the development of our players and club. The ideal candidate should possess a genuine passion for the game, exceptional communication and leadership abilities, and a strong dedication to unlocking the full potential of our each individual athlete. As the coach, this person will assume responsibility for leading practices, formulating tactical strategies, motivating players, and delivering constructive feedback to facilitate improvement.

Requirements:

Must have US Soccer D license

Must be willing to coach on weekends and week nights

Must have own transportation
