Job description
Job Purpose:
Provide members and guests with friendly, courteous, knowledgeable and quality food and beverage service.
Duties and responsibilites:
- Ensure an accurate account of the transactions, collections, disbursements, daily reports, deposits and cash drawer/computer system
- Prepare, stock and service food and beverage items
- Complete opening and closing checklists which includes daily inventory records
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the Snack Bar, equipment and accessories
- Snack Bar personnel will offer F&B products from a standing position. In addition to soda, beer, tea, sandwiches, candy, crackers, etc. the Snack Bar should also be stocked with golf balls, caps, suntan loinsect repellent and other items we feel will be appreciated and purchased by our patrons if applicable.
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous host/hostess or server experience required
- Excellent oral communication and listening skills
- Ability to follow directions
- Excellent customer service skills
