You are a well-organized and strategic practitioner who uses data to drive storytelling needs across teams, with an enthusiasm for owning and driving numerous projects simultaneously. You are able to work with multiple teams in a fast paced, collaborative environment, identifying opportunities to solve problems, and proactively drive new initiatives to improve the sales journey.

Your Role:

This position works cross-functionally with internal teams to develop strategy and execute against established priorities and goals to provide a best-in-class online experience. The Site Merchandiser role will combine an understanding of site merchandising best practices and analytics, with a passion for user experience to continuously optimize performance. In this role you will lead and execute inclusive merchandise strategies that delight customers, maximize the online experience, reduce friction, drive conversion, and achieve channel revenue goals.

• Responsible for site merchandising and operations of promotions, product launches, category optimization, page optimization, cross sell, customer journey, brand refresh, and more
• Manage A/B and multi-variant testing to drive continued improvement in site engagement, conversion rate, and sales
• Perform and assist in web QA for new UX/UI features and enhancements as well as identify opportunities for further improvement
• Infuse analytics into the merchandising strategy to drive both strategic and day-to-day decisions, utilizing a combination of site metrics, web testing, user testing, consumer insights, trends and competitive analyses
• Own the creative brief process for projects by requesting assets, outlining requirements and managing delivery timelines
• Execute publishing of program initiative in CMS platforms including Acquia and Commerce Tools, and Promo Engine as needed
• Develop strong cross functional relationships with teams such as Creative, Product Development, Analytics, Consumer Insights, Product Merchants, Media, Marketing, and Brand to support our entire business.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Merchandising, or related field preferred
• 3+ years' experience (Retail, Ecommerce, or another similar industry preferred)
• Experience with site merchandising strategy, execution in CMS, A/B testing and conversion rate optimization tactics
• Intermediate level experience in Microsoft Office; PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills. Experience in Google Analytics is a Plus.
• Highly collaborative and effective working cross-functionally
• Articulate and persuasive communication skills, both written and verbal
• Entrepreneurial leader and resourceful self-starter who can both set the vision and the plan and execute on the details to get the job done.
