Ready to develop leadership skills that will last a lifetime? Under the guidance of the Program Director, Site Directors will be responsible for the management and leadership of the before and after school program. This includes developing a staff team, providing behavior management support for students, maintaining communication between staff and the families in the program, and creating innovative, inclusive lesson plans to help students learn and grow every day. This job requires high levels of organization, energy, and fun. Join us in a leadership role and help make this a school year to remember.

***Must be at least 18 years old, have a high school diploma, or its equivalent, and have 2 years experience working with children (preferably school age)***
