Fred Beans Ford of Exton is looking for a full-time or part-time Shuttle Driver to assist our service department!Join Fred Beans Automotive Group, voted Best Places to Work 4 years running and Healthiest Employers for 2021 and 2022!

The Shuttle Driver plays an important role in our company's ability to provide excellent customer service by transporting our customers to and from our local dealerships in a safe, timely and courteous manner. The Shuttle Driver will also transport employees as needed when those employees are providing a service to our customers.

Day to Day Responsibilities will include, but are not limited, to the following;

Accurately maintain personal time records by clocking in and out each day
Obtain proper directions utilizing GPS
Inspect assigned equipment properly, completing the "Shuttle Log."
Communicating with customers and Managers professionally
Assist customers with any luggage or bags to be carried into the van
Interact and communicate with customers cordially

Successful Shuttle Driver's must have the following requirements;

Must be 21 years of age
Must possess a valid driver's license with clean driving history
Ability to pass a pre-employment physical and drug screen
Ability to write clearly to record logs
Ability to communicate both verbally and writing in a clear, friendly and professional manner
