JOB TITLE: Bus Driver
REPORTS TO: Security Manager
DEPARTMENT: Operations
PAY RATE: $17.75/hour
JOB SUMMARY: Transports guests and employees around the park and park proprieties by bus.
SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Transports guests and employees on buses to the park and parking lots.
- Responsible for pre-trip forms, fueling buses, and reporting unsafe conditions.
- Requires driving on and off park property.
- May assist security in screening employees with a hand held metal detection wand.
- Must maintain a safe, clean, and professional work environment
- Performing of Entry Attendant duties.
- Other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must have a clean driving record and provide a recent copy.
- Previous driving experience with school buses or transit buses preferred.
- Requires a pre-employment drug screen.
- Possess good oral and written English skills and be able to communicate with guests and other employees effectively.
- Available to work overtime.
- Available to work weekends and holidays.
- Attention to detail.
- All job offers contingent on passing a criminal, drug, alcohol, and social security background check.
- Unless seeking and qualifying for an exemption, employees are required to indicate COVID -19 vaccination status, and if vaccinated (as defined by the CDC), provide proof of such vaccination

- Must be able to sit for up to eight hours a shift.
- Requires occasional standing, kneeling and bending.
- Requires occasional walking, reaching above shoulder, pushing and pulling.
- Requires occasional lifts and carries up to 30 pounds.
- Requires occasional carrying of up to 100 pounds with the assistance of a hand truck.
- Requires manual and bi-manual dexterity, fine and gross motor skills, eye/hand coordination, near vision, hearing and speech.
