We are looking for a compassionate CAREGIVER with the dedication, patience, and professionalism to work with the clients we service at SYNERGY HomeCare of Arlington. SYNERGY HomeCare is an in-home care agency whose mission is to enable our clients to live happy, healthy, and independent lives in the comfort and familiarity of their homes.
Who we’re looking for: A male or female CNA/HHA caregiver living in Arlington, Alexandria, Annandale, Falls Church, Fairfax, McLean, Springfield, Tysons Corner, and Vienna, who has experience working in Virginia. Must be ready to start work right away.

Caregivers’ Duties but not limited to:
- Provide attention to client's non-medical needs, including companionship, light housekeeping, and meal preparation
- Run errands and provide transportation for clients
- Assist client with medication reminders.
- Adhere to policies and procedures set by office administration.
- Provide reliable care by being punctual and consistently covering shifts
Qualifications & Requirements:
- VIRGINIA CNA/HHA certificate
- TB test in the last 12 months
- US Covid-19 Vaccination card (must be fully vaccinated, booster shot is a PLUS!)
- Pass criminal record and background check and ability to work in the United States
- Reliable transportation/Valid driver’s license
