This is a diverse role for someone who is tech savvy and creative. Flower lovers are encouraged to apply!

This is a 2-3 day a week position to take place Wednesday-Friday. The hours are 9:30 am to 5 pm, these are our shop hours. Must be available during peak holidays such as Thanksgiving, Christmas, Valentine's Day, and Mother's Day which will require weekend availability during these seasons, as well as the occasional Saturday.

Position Tasks:

- Customer service: This is a very customer service forward job so expertise is needed. Primarily answer the phone, greet walk-in customers, and communicate over email.

- Design email campaigns using Canva and upload them to MailChimp.

- Creativity is a must as this position requires visual merchandising of our retail shop, and occasionally other creative visual projects.

- Online store management experience required. We use Shopify, we can train if you are not familiar with the platform.

- Updating third party websites we sell through.

- Keep Yelp, Google Business, and Instagram/Facebook shop up to date.

- Must have neat handwriting since we handwrite card messages.

- Correspond with wedding and other event inquiries. We will train you in the basics of how we answer inquiries and go about giving event information.

- Basic office inventory management (order more supplies, etc).

Skills Required:

- Customer Service Experience. We are known for our amazing customer service so experience in this is a must.

- Must be tech savvy

- Must be a self-starter

- Must be good at prioritizing tasks

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $19.00 - $24.00 per hour
