Connect Staffing, Inc. is currently hiring for an experienced Shipping Clerk for a manufacturing compnay in Pomona, CA
Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 4:30 pm
Requirements for the Shipping Clerk:
- Experience processing shipments for domestic and international orders using the required documents is required
- Four years shipping and receiving experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
- Able to package small parts as well as large equipment to be shipped
- Ability to operate a nail gun, table saw, hand saw and basic hand tools is a plus
- Basic math skills and ability to use a tape measure, calipers and scale
- Valid California driver license and acceptable driver record required

Responsibilities for the Stockroom Clerk:
- Process shipments for domestic and international orders using the required documents (i.e., NAFTA, SLI, Commercial Invoices etc.)
- Schedule pick-ups from trucking companies, FedEx etc
- Enter all shipments in the M2M creating shippers and packing slips for inclusion in the shipment
- Schedule pick ups for both Customer Service Department and equipment
- Enter shipments in system to create shippers and packing slips
- Maintain, print, and distribute reports to appropriate departments
- Coordinate the daily crating schedule of shipment priorities
- Assist with crating and loading of equipment as needed
- Order all shipping supplies through Purchasing
We’re also hiring for shipping and receiving clerk, warranty admin, stockroom clerk, service writer, and other clerical jobs throughout Riverside and San Bernardino counties!!!
