Functions
- Load/unload semi-trucks
- Maintain the general upkeep and cleanliness of the shipping and receiving equipment

Description
This position is responsible for all day to day responsibilities in the warehouse while maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to Tyson policies and procedures.
Tasks
- Shipping and Receiving Hilo Driver responsibilities are but not limited to loading semi-truck with product to be shipped,
- performing any necessary use of the fork truck equipment for any reasons deemed necessary by production, sanitation, QA, or maintenance, maintaining the general upkeep and cleanliness of the company lift trucks, maintaining documentation, maintaining the cleanliness of all warehouses, organizing and rotating all stored raw materials and finished goods in accordance with FIFO.
- Must be able to lift 80 lbs. on a daily basis, able to write legibly and perform simple mathematical functions, able to read and follow written instructions, able to follow verbal instructions and able to communicate effectively,
- Must be able to work on your feet for a period of 12 hours in a hot or cold environment. Must be willing to complete all required training for the job.
Requirements
- You must have at least six (6) months work experience within the last 12 months to be considered for this position.
- Applicants graduating from High School or College within the last 6 months will have this time counted in lieu of the 6 months collective employment requirement.
- Must be noted on application.
- Three (3) to five (5) years experience in standup/lift truck driving,
- ability to obtain Hi Lo and scissor lift license,
- ability to obtain Chauffer’s license and DOT medical card, driving record determined acceptable for driving company vehicles,
- ability to properly execute all SAP shipping and receiving functions,
- ability to perform routine physical inventories, computer skills.
