Overview: The Shipping and Receiving agent is responsible for preparing outbound parts and systems for shipment, coordinating freight pick up and preparing all outbound documents. This position receives all incoming parts daily, scans inbound packing slips and validates against Purchase Orders (PO). Additional responsibilities include Vender Returns, Crate building, and working with Purchasing for issue resolution.

Responsibilities:

• Receiving all incoming parts daily

• Preparing and Shipping outbound orders

• Maintain and Monitor Install Kits

• Order monitoring

• Forklift and Hand truck utilization

• Freight and small Parcel labeling

• Maintain accuracy and organization of stocking shelves

• Scan all shipping documentation

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Basic Knowledge Shipping and Receiving

• Smartsheet, Excel and Computer Data entry

• Inventory management

• Self Motivated and Driven

• Basic woodworking and Small power & hand tool use

• Excellent oral, written and verbal communication skills

Education and Experience:

• High-school diploma or GED required

• Relevant logistics experience preferred

• Must have a proficient level of computer and data entry skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.50 - $17.00 per hour
