Our company is currently searching for Shift Managers with experience managing restaurant staff to join our team. The ideal candidates for these positions will have prior experience in the restaurant industry, be comfortable handling multiple tasks at once and enjoy managing a very fast-paced work environment. Candidates should have excellent people management skills as well as exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain daily schedule of events and appointments.
- Follow written recipes.
- Assemble ingredients to make orders for customers.
- Assign tasks to line cooks and kitchen helpers.
- Greet customers when they enter and leave the establishment.
- Respond to customer complaints; not directly with complaints from the customers, but with other employees who might be able to fix the problem.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
