Shift managers wanted for fast casual restaurant in the heart of Georgetown! Positive attitude and good work ethic are essential. Must have prior restaurant supervisor experience. More details about the position:

Mason’s Shift Managers are trained to perform all the duties performed by the Team Members, with additional responsibility for directing the daily operations of the restaurant while on shift, ensuring excellent customer service, and other duties as required or assigned.

Ensure quality and safety of all food stored at the restaurant and served to the customers

Excel in performing all Team Member tasks including: engaging with customers, ensuring the accuracy of orders, preparing lobster rolls and other entrees, and working the register

Provide fast accurate service, ensures an excellent customer experience, and makes sure all products are consistent with company standards

Maintain the restaurant's high-quality appearance and standards; ensures cleanliness, neatness, and customer accessibility

Follow proper opening and closing procedures, including accurately accounting for cash register and safe each shift and make accurate deposits
