Golden Chick is currently seeking an energetic, customer-focused Shift Supervisor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations during your assigned shift, ensuring exceptional customer service, supervising team members, and maintaining the restaurant's high-quality standards. As a Shift Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in carrying out Golden Chick's commitment to provide a welcoming, family-friendly dining experience.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate team members during shifts.

• Provide excellent customer service and address concerns.

• Train and support team members.

• Monitor inventory and maintain cleanliness/safety.

• Accurately handle cash transactions.

• Ensure food quality control and presentation.

• Manage team members' shifts and handle call-outs.

• Collaborate with supervisors and management.

• Comply with regulations related to food safety and labor laws.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma.

• Prior foodservice industry experience; supervisory experience preferred.

• Leadership, communication, and time management.

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

• Customer service and conflict resolution.

• Basic math, cash handling, and computer skills.

• Flexible schedule, including weekends/holidays.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
