Respite Staff cover shifts for full-time Supported Housing staff and assume the same overall responsibilities. They are responsible for the overall safety of program residents and management of the supported housing facility. Staff is expected to support residents to achieve the goals outlined in their service plan while holding them accountable for program expectations. Staff is expected to be an active part of a team and model effective, appropriate, and timely communication with others regarding client updates. This position has an immediate start date for training, however, is on an as needed basis once trained.

We are willing to train you for this dynamic position, you need only be 18 years of age, have a can do attitude! Respite staff could be needed any day per week or any combination of days and hours. The staff member has discretion to accept or deny an offered shift. The wage is $20.00 per hour with a 9 % shift differential between the hours of 1:00 and 7:00 am.
