Skills:
- Minimum of 2 years of significant experience with ServiceNow Performance Analytics
- Minimum of 2 years experience with ServiceNow ITSM modules
- Experience with creating dashboards and standard ServiceNow Reporting
- Expert in creating reporting strategy, execution and delivery for the reports.
- Experienced in defining Key performance indicators (KPIs), SLAs and metrics
- Ability to teach others and enable them to develop Performance Analytics
- Able to work with process owners / business to gather reporting requirements and translate into functioning PA reports
- Strong communication skill is a must
