Experience Details

5 years of demonstrated experience in ServiceNow development, configuration, and administration.

Provide software coding and configuration including, but not limited to screen tailoring, workflow administration, report setup, data imports, integration, scripting, third party software integrations, and custom application development.

Successfully upgrade ServiceNow instance.

Develop, maintain, and execute ServiceNow reports to ensure system operation meets performance targets.

Successfully plan, execute, monitor, control, and close all technical tasks related to configuration and implementation of all aspects of the ServiceNow platform.

Strong written and oral communication skills.

Experience with .NET, C#, JavaScript, CSS, HTML, SQL Server.

ServiceNow Certifications (Certified System Administrator, Certified Implementation Specialist, etc.)

Experience with Robotic Process Automation (RPA) systems (UIPATH).

Experience using Asana Project Management tool.

Familiar with Active Directory.

Salary: $35.98 - $60.57 per hour
