Job Description:
- 3-4 years knowledge/experience in ServiceNow
- 1-2 years experience with SAM PRO
- Proven hands-on experience with SAM Pro
- Certifications in Sam Pro if they dont have certification in sam pro then need CIS in ITSM or ITAM
- Technical/functional background but can also consider technical backgrounds that is able to be client facing
- Experience with running demos, workshops, integration across the platform
- All to be done virtual
- Need strong interpersonal skills
