Transport Refrigeration, Inc. your local Thermo King Dealership is looking for a Service Writer for our Lowell, AR location. This position will be responsible for providing administrative support to the entire team. The ideal candidate will have automotive or transportation industry experience or experience in an administrative assistant role.

Job Responsibilities:
- Gathers customer information about repairs needed
- Assigns and schedules service work
- Communicate with customers in person and over the phone for the service department
- Processes weekly and monthly invoices
- Prepares weekly payroll spreadsheets
Job Requirements & Qualifications:
- The successful candidate must pass a pre-employment drug screen
- Completion of a high school education or equivalent
- Must hold a clean and valid driver’s license
