Confidential Restaurant Group is hiring an experienced full-time Front of House Manager for our Manayunk location in Philadelphia, PA.

Confidential Restaurant Group offerings include a menu fueled by locally sourced ingredients, domestic wines, and craft beer.

The ideal candidate has a guest-first mentality and a love for hospitality. You show initiative and leadership while at the same time being a great team player and leading by example.

Position:

• Front of House Manager

Compensation:

• $50K
• Bonus pay
• Medical benefits after 90 days
• Paid time off

Schedule requirements:

• 50 hours a week
• 5 days a week

Language requirements:

• English

Experience:

• 1-2 years of previous restaurant experience in a similar role in a high-volume upscale casual restaurant
• Staff training and motivation
• Food safety knowledge (certification preferred)
• Managing between 15-20 people
