What We Are Looking For

• Must have previous management experience within a high performing auto repair shop.
• A strong record of positive customer satisfaction results and sales success
• Innovative ideas to grow business and opportunities to develop community involvement
• A competitive desire to achieve goals and exceed expectations
• Self-confidence to manage and run a shop with a high-level of quality output and customer satisfaction
• A very friendly personality to represent our company’s high standard of ethics and values
• Fantastic communication skills with your customers and team members
• Professional, well-groomed personal appearance
• Must be team oriented, self-motivated, and have the ability to manage the shop with little supervision

Pay: $90,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
