Green Oasis is one of western Wisconsin's premier full service lawn care, irrigation, landscape and outdoor maintenance companies. We are currently seeking highly motivated and enthusiastic individuals who are looking to develop our Customer Service Department and further a career in the Green industry as a Customer Service Representative-Tele-Sales.

What are we looking for? A well qualified candidate must also possess the following traits and skills:

• Must be able to communicate effectively with customers and team members via written and verbal applications.
• scheduling, routing for technicians. For up to 11 crews
• Ability to read and write English, including maps and diagrams.
• Attention to detail is essential.
• Data entry/database software experience preferred but not required.
• Customer service skills and abilities to produce additional sales opportunities.
• Marketing and Lead Development skills.
• Information Management.
• An individual who is trustworthy, punctual and reliable with flexibility to work seasonal hours, which may include long days based on production schedules and weather variables.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Compensation: $19-20/hour
