Essential Duties:
Assists the GM & Manager with training and developing an optimum number of staff who are enthusiastically dedicated to delivering the highest level of Hospitality to the guest
Key holder; will be responsible on occasion for opening and closing of the restaurant
Assists management team to ensure that staff complete all daily restaurant paperwork accurately and on a timely basis including but not limited to: daily sheets, labor, schedules, orders, inventory and invoices
