Job description

• We are looking for a Service Advisor to join our team and act as a liaison between our customers and our Service Technicians.
• Service writer and automobile repair experience is a required skill for this position.
• Service Advisor responsibilities include greeting customers, listening to their needs and scheduling appointments as needed. Also be able to educate customers about vehicle issues and repairs.
• Ultimately, you will work directly with customers to understand their needs and provide our Service Technicians with the information required to provide excellent service.
• We are a fast paced business and work our hardest to help the consumer have the best experience possible.
• This job requires training and large commitment by both parties. The applicant must show that they are planning on making a career out of this position. We have a very low turnover rate.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $47,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
