Clementine's Kitchen is a small business in Bryan, TX. We are professional, creative, challenging and our goal is to create amazing dining experiences for our guests and foster an atmosphere of constant learning and improvement of our staff.

We are looking for both AM and PM wait staff to launch our unique chef-driven restaurant concept, Clementine's Kitchen, opening in March 2023. Owned by Chef Michael Lair (owner of Stella Southern Cafe and Harvey Washbangers), our focus is on providing phenomenal service in a safe, respectful working environment.
Clementine's Kitchen features a seasonally rotating menu focusing on finding the best ingredients and using them in a fun, all-new (yet still somewhat familiar) way. With shareable plates and craft cocktails, this will be Bryan's newest and best date night or special occasion spot!

Responsibilities

• Greets guests into the restaurant with a smile
• Can answer questions about the menu and describe the concept with confidence
• Makes suggestions to the guests to help guide their dining experience
• Communicates effectively with other servers, the hostess, bartender, and kitchen
• Helps with cleaning, polishing, and resetting the restaurant

Skills/Experience

• Restaurant experience is requested but not required, experience in fine-dining is greatly preferred
• TABC & Food Handler's licence (or ability to obtain before opening)
• Wine knowledge greatly preferred
• Must be personable and be able to maintain a professional demeanor
• Able to handle a fast-paced environment when needed, and must be able to multi-task

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $2.13 - $10.00 per hour
