The Server/ Axe Coach's role is to share their passion for axe throwing by facilitating and ensuring that each and every customer walk away having had a fun, safe and unforgettable experience. The Server/ Axe Coach also takes food and drink orders from the dining room and customers throwing axes. The Server/ Axe couch must be comfortable working with the food and beverage staff to create a phenomenal experience for guest. Demands will vary, with the position encompassing all facets of customer interaction from the moment they arrive until they depart our facility.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Make certain all procedures, equipment needs and safety protocols are met
• Train customers in proper throwing techniques to ensure a positive and memorable experience
• Support The Axe House team in all day-to-day operations
• Be an ambassador for The Axe House and represent the brand and passion for the sport in a professional manner

Must comply with all company policies and procedures.

To perform the essential functions of this position regular and consistent attendance in required.

Must be able to work well with other Team Members and interact with our Customers.

• Basic math skills

REASONING ABILITY

• Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.

WORK ENVIRONMENT

• Pigeon Forge Axe House is open 7 days per week. All employees are expected to be available to work any day of the week.
