Now hiring a full-time server to work 6am-2pm! No late nights!
Magnolia Springs Bridgewater, an award-winning senior living community located in Carmel, is seeking to hire part-time servers to join our amazing team! We offer a flexible schedule, but you must be available every other weekend.
- Pay is a competitive hourly rate based on experience. $14 - $16 per hr.
- Benefits are available for both full-time and part-time employees.

- 1.5 weeks of PTO for part-time employees and 3 weeks for full-time employees, accrued immediately, available to use after 90 days!

Are you a customer service focused individual with experience as a server in a fast paced environment? Tired of the late nights, working every weekend, relying on tips for income and the lack of benefits?
If so, you are who we are looking for! Magnolia Springs, a luxury senior living community located in Carmel, IN is looking for individuals who work with a sense of urgency, pay attention to detail, and are customer-service oriented. Experience is preferred but not required.
As a member of our wait staff, you must be able to perform and/or exhibit the following:
- Reliability!-Show up on time and ready for work every shift!
- Flexibility when it comes to working various schedules/shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Detail oriented, strong organizational and communication skills, and the ability to build positive and trusting relationships with co-workers and residents
- Actively listen and respectfully engage our residents
- Efficiency in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrate patience and accuracy
- Ability to work cooperatively with co-workers to maintain standards and achieve goals

The applicant should possess prior wait staff experience in a restaurant-style environment OR provide an extremely high level of customer service.
