Serious Illness Care Nurse Practitioner
Job description
Serious Illness Care Nurse Practitioner needed to administer the medical component of the patient care program to assure quality of service. Will serve as consultant to the patient's primary physician and to the Hospice and/or patient's attending provider.
Qualifications: Licensed as a nurse practitioner by the North Carolina Board of Nursing. Advanced knowledge of hospice philosophy and concept, as well as advanced knowledge of palliative care serious illness. Knowledge about the aspects of caring for chronically ill patients and the psychosocial impact of chronic disease on patients and families.

Pay: $91,666.00 - $114,400.00 per year
