The PICO Product Design team is responsible for the user experience design of systems, products, and services. It is a team composed of user experience designers, graphic interface designers, prototype designers, and motion designers. We build new basic designs on the XR platform, explore new service forms, create new highlights, and both beauty and efficiency are our responsibilities.

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with designers, engineers, and technical artists from product concept to product launch.
• Innovate and explore outstanding visual / interaction design for XR.
• Communicate spatial design ideas via 3D tools, such as Unity, Maya, Blender, etc.
• Identify design opportunities and solve problems with an understanding of a broader technological landscape.
• Clearly articulate design decisions to a vast set of internal stakeholders.
• 3+ years of experience in 3D visual design or XR interaction design.
• Strong creative thinking in 3D interaction and visual design and daring to break design boundaries.
• Proficient in 3D modeling software and can visualize a highly abstract spatial design idea in 3D.
• Can deliver very polished 3D spatial design work with attention to detail.
• Ability to use Unity or Unreal.
• Fast learner and a good logical thinker.
• Comfort with navigating through ambiguity and taking initiative at work.
• Passionate with 3D visual / interaction design.
• Ability to communicate effectively.
• Being curious and persistent.
• Portfolio featuring examples of interaction and visual work.
